Q: How do we onboard new users?
A: Admins can add new users directly from the portal and assign roles like Admin, Supervisor, or Playback-only access.
Q: Can we integrate user login with our corporate directory?
A: Integration with your corporate directory (e.g. LDAP, Active Directory, or SAML 2.0-based SSO like Azure AD) is available for enterprise customers on hybrid or customized deployments. This is not part of the standard SaaS Veriva Client Dashboard subscription. If your organization requires this, please speak to your account manager for implementation options.
